Thoroughly enjoyed my very enjoyable time here!

My room with wonderful water views, the TV over the spar plus the bedroom was reasonably spacious and perfectly clean. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator too. The location was stunning and magnificent and the free parking was on site. Moreover, the venue was 15 minutes' walk to Cuween Hill Chambered Cairn.

The room was spotless, perfect and complete with beautiful views, a very welcome stocked fridge, for instance. Location: the hotel was right by waters edge, northern sea, and both kirkwall.

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Finstown, had much fun. The rooms were all luxurious and gorgeous with the TV and wonderful water views. The hotel was set in a central area near all the main attractions, the waterfront and a quiet area. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recomand.

The location of Waterfront House was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the water and plenty of opportunities for bird watching. The room itself was exceptional, with modern furnishings and a large floor-to-ceiling window to take in the beautiful scenery. The bathroom had some luxurious surprises that added to the overall experience. After a long journey, it felt like heaven to stay here. I will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time.

Excellent location to explore both West and East mainland Orkney with outstanding waterfront views. Comfortable accommodation with a panoramic window to relax with a cup of tea and enjoy the huge skies, wildlife, and tides. Snacks, drinks, and complimentary Orkney ale provided. The hotel is perfectly located near the North Sea.

We had a fantastic stay at Waterfront House in Orkney. The room was incredibly comfortable and had excellent facilities. Amar, the host, made us feel very welcome and even provided snacks and drinks during our stay. The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking, and we especially enjoyed sitting on the outdoor decking to take in the stunning scenery. We couldn't recommend Waterfront House enough for its exceptional value and thoughtful amenities.

We loved our stay at the Waterfront House. The room was exceptional, with stunning views over the sea. All the furniture was new and modern, and the room was very clean. The host was friendly and generous, stocking the fridge with milk, juice, water. The outside landing area was lovely, with seating and a great selection of food for a self-serve breakfast. We have stayed in many hotels around the world, and this has to be one of the best.

Amazing value for money and the room was top-notch. The location right by the sea was breathtaking and the staff treated us like family.

Morning meal could use more variety in terms of warm options.

our recent stay in finstown was amazing, but waterfront house took it to another level. the modern and clean room had breathtaking sea views and the generous host stocked our fridge with drinks and snacks. the self-service breakfast area with a stunning view was a cherry on top. this is definitely one of our best hotel experiences.
